I still have yet to see this movie because I haven’t had the chance to read the book but I’ve heard it’s amazing! If you’re friend happens to live under a rock like me and hasn’t read this yet…it’s the perfect gift!

This was my favorite book that I read in high school. I love how it was written and I loved dissecting it in my English class. It’s a Victorian novel and follows the story of a mother who doesn’t want to live by the rules of her society. You can also find so many different covers for this book for your “judge a book by its cover” friend 😉

Who doesn’t love Joanna Gaines?!? The answer is NO ONE which = this is the perfect gift for EVERYONE! Your home decor will thank you.

4. The Hate U Give

This novel is already decorated in rewards and is being made into a movie! It is the perfect gift for the person in your life who wants to make a change in the world.

5. Love Her Wild

If you know me then you know that I love poetry and I love writing poems. I was gifted this book last year and it is by far my favorite poetry book! Get this for your friend who loves to read his poems on Pinterest. The book is not only filled with poems but also breathtaking photographs to go with them.

6. All The Light We Cannot See

This is the perfect book for your friend who loves historical fiction. This book will take you back in time while pulling at all of your heart strings.

7. A Man Called Ove

I’ve had this book on my must read list for quite some time now. This is the perfect feel good book for your friend who loves books filled with life lessons. This book will pull at the heart strings but after you’re done you will be sad it’s over.

8. I’ll Give You The Sun

If you ever ask me what my favorite book is “I’ll Give You The Sun” will always be my answer. If you love to write in books and highlight lines you hope to memorize this book will be colored on every page. The way Jandy Nelson uses words is magical. I don’t want to spoil ANYTHING you just have to trust me on this one.

9. To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before

For your friend who doesn’t have a Netflix subscription 😉 kidding! Even though I’ve seen the movie…more than once…I am still dying to read this book. I am a sucker for romance and I already know this book is filled with it! It’s also the first novel of the trilogy!

10. Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine

Not only is this book a Reese Whiterspoon Book Club Pick but it also the perfect book to read during the holiday season. It tells a tale of a girl and a boy who rescue and elderly man and the three end up becoming friends who help each other escape their own isolations and life troubles.

Not only is this the perfect coffee table book but it’s also such a great read for the fashionista in your life! I was mesmerized by her badass photos and the life stories and lessons she shared.

12. Vogue: The Covers

The perfect gift for your fashion magazine lover. My local Barnes and Nobel has this wrapped shut and I have been DYING to peak inside!

13. You Are a Badass

Let your friend know that they are a badass! Self help books have been so popular this year and I think they are such a great book to give during the holiday season so they can read it and start the New Year off confident af!

14.  The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up

I think if anyone needs this book for Christmas…it’s me. I am in such a “I need to throw everything away and start fresh” mood and if you know anyone in my position this is the perfect book for them.

15. Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear

I wanted to finish off this list with the book at the top of my to read list! This book is perfect for anyone who is looking for a way to let go and let more creativity into their life. This book is full of advice on how to not let fear hold you back. It’s the perfect gift for anyone.
